MOO NECTAR LLC - Shipping Policy

At MOO NECTAR LLC, we are committed to getting your fresh, handcrafted products to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please read through our shipping policies to ensure a smooth and positive experience.

Free Shipping on US Orders Over $75

Enjoy FREE shipping on all orders within the United States when your purchase totals $75 or more. For orders under $75, standard shipping fees apply.

Processing Time

Since all our products are made fresh to order, we process and ship all orders within 7-10 business days. During busier periods, processing times may be slightly extended, but we will do our best to ship your order as quickly as possible.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We reserve the right to select and use a postal service of our choice to ship all orders. While we aim to provide the best shipping experience, this flexibility allows us to make timely and secure decisions to ensure your order arrives in excellent condition.

  • Standard Shipping typically takes 3-7 business days for domestic US orders.

  • Expedited Shipping options are available at checkout for faster delivery.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and the carrier.

Shipping to High-Temperature Areas

Our products contain oils that may be susceptible to melting in high temperatures. To avoid any issues, we strongly recommend that you ship to an address where someone is available to promptly receive your order.

  • During warmer months, our balms and creams may arrive in a melted or liquid state. This is a natural occurrence and does not affect the quality or efficacy of the product.

  • If your product arrives in this state, simply place it upright in a cool room or refrigerator until it solidifies.

By ordering, you acknowledge and accept this possibility, and refunds will not be issued based on consistency upon arrival.

Address Verification & Reshipment

It is crucial to provide an accurate and complete shipping address during checkout. We rely on the address you provide, so please double-check your details to ensure a smooth shipping process.

Returned Shipments
If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you for a resolution. Please note, we cannot issue a refund in such cases.

Reshipment Costs
You will be responsible for any reshipment fees incurred for returned packages due to address errors. To ensure timely delivery, payment for reshipment must be made within 72 hours of the invoice being issued. If the invoice is not paid within this time frame, the order will be considered complete, and the case will be closed.

International Shipping & Customs

We are pleased to offer international shipping to many destinations. Please note the following regarding customs and duties:

Customs Charges:

  • You are solely responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, or other charges that may apply when importing our products into your country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and vary by country.

  • It is your responsibility to ensure that the products you are ordering comply with the customs regulations of your country. We recommend checking with your local customs office for details about import restrictions and fees.

Delivery Delays:
Customs processing times may affect the estimated delivery date. Once your package is shipped, it is subject to customs and the postal service in your country, and we cannot guarantee the delivery date. Any issues related to customs or delays must be resolved directly with the postal service or customs authorities.

Refusal of Delivery:
If you refuse to pay customs charges or fail to comply with customs regulations, resulting in the return of the product(s) to us, you may not be eligible for a refund of the shipping costs, and additional charges for return shipping may apply.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

MOO NECTAR LLC - Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from MOO NECTAR LLC. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a 7-day return policy for store credit. Please review the terms below to understand how to proceed.

Returns for Store Credit

You can return items for store credit within 7 days from the date of your purchase. After this period, we regret that we are unable to offer a return, refund, or exchange.

To be eligible for store credit, the item must be:

  • Unused

  • In the same condition as when you received it

  • In original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift Cards (non-returnable)

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

To initiate a return, please email us at katie@summerstallowco.com with your order number and proof of purchase. You will be provided with instructions for returning your item.

Please Note: You are responsible for the return shipping costs. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Restocking Fee

A $10 restocking fee will be applied to all returned packages, regardless of the reason for return, including incorrect addresses, vacant addresses, or issues beyond our control.

Refunds & Store Credit

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm its arrival and provide an update on whether your return qualifies for store credit. If approved, a store credit will be issued for the value of the returned product.

Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer exchanges. If you need further assistance, please email us at support@mooneectar.com.

Subscription Cancellations

If you have an active subscription with us, please submit your cancellation request at least 24 hours before your next scheduled shipment. If the cancellation is submitted after this window, your next shipment will be processed as planned, and the cancellation will take effect following the next shipment.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, cancellations will not be accepted due to logistical reasons. We appreciate your understanding.

Shipping Information

  • Free Shipping Coupons apply exclusively to standard shipping. Upgraded shipping is not eligible for discounts.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location.

  • For international shipments, you are responsible for any customs duties or issues that may arise. Once a package is dispatched, we are no longer responsible for any issues during shipping.

  • For items valued over $50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned item without these precautions.
